A Friendly Game of Chess

Last month Elysia and Michelle booked me for a glamour/ boudoir / pinup girl photo shoot. I’d had the pleasure of shooting Elysia and her kids over the past couple of years, so I went studio lights in tow, anticipating a fun evening.

Top fashion designers would have been envious at the setup the girls put together, complete with racks of outfits, accessories, a privacy curtain for costume changes, and a Victoria hair and makeup artist. Food and wine complimented the evening, and we were having so much fun that the 1 hour photo shoot grew into a little over 4-hours. When you have a couple ladies as beautiful as these, and all the wardrobe and accessories are lined up and ready to go, as a photographer you take it all in and just keep shooting.

I suggested some photo’s with both the girls in them, and Elysia quickly moved furniture out of the way to set the scene for an intense chess match.  Elysia was quite confident with her chess skills, but as she was turning her back in pure confidence that she’d be winning the game, Michelle has other plans….

It was a great shoot ladies, so much fun, and so much creativity between the two of you. Thanks for the wonderful evening. (I’m hoping to post a few images from the boudior/pinup images from the night … be sure to ‘like’ this if you’d like to see a few to convince the ladies to share their beauty…)
